DARK Yo FLOW

I'm very pleased to launch DARK Yo FLOW to bring in International Yoga day and the Winter Solstice. Flow and dip with me for another wonderful Sunrise gathering on the shortest day and longest night.

Join me for a short warming and energising Yoga flow, followed by a revitalizing dip in the ocean at Blackmans Bay beach. As always you will walk away feeling a total buzz, with a big smile on your face.
