Candlelight Lyra: Gentle Lyra Flow

Bathe in the glow of candlelight as you move gracefully through a gentle, low-flow aerial dance on the lyra. This workshop centers on connection and expression, inviting you to explore the poetry of slow, supported movement within the circle.

We’ll begin with a grounded warm-up, then flow through accessible sequences on low-rigged hoops. You’ll be guided to connect breath and motion, move at your own rhythm, and close with a restorative cool down.

**Safety, softness, and artistry are at the heart of this experience**
**no dynamic beats, no drops, and no high mounts. Just fluid movement, creative flow, and candlelit calm.

Bring: fitted clothing with sleeves (extra coverage is helpful!) and a water bottle

Prereq: ability to step to a low bar and hold gentle hangs.
