Step into the gentle glow of warm and cool lights, where the floor becomes your playground. Lose yourself in deep, soulful rhythms and find connection in the simplicity of inspired movement.
Whether you come to sweat, to flow, to stretch, or to simply be in more heart lead community spaces — all you need to bring is yourself, warm layers and openness to explore. Stay after to enjoy communal hot drinks and gluten-free snacks made with love and intention.
Tickets $35 (cap of 25 for comfort and spaciousness to move about)
