Big Pollo

Big Pollo was formed in 2006 in Lima, Peru, and has established as one of the most important acts of the Peruvian musical scene. They have created a unique sound called: Chichafunky, a fusion of Funk and Chicha (Peruvian Cumbia).



Big Pollo has completed two European Tours during 2022 and 2023 playing in festivals such as Boomtown Fair in the United Kingdom. Overall the band has played 30 concerts in Europe in UK, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland, Spain and Netherlands. Their fifth álbum “La Chichafunky” was released in 2023 produced by Milky Fresh. It has more than 11,581 Spotify followers worldwide. In 2025, the band will be celebrating their 20th anniversary as a band, and they are excited to return to Europe as part of this milestone.
