Prompt 8am start.
Two groups running on made-up tracks and through woods:
Faster group running approximately 7k without stopping;
Steadier group running approximately 5k at a social pace with stops to ensure no one is left behind.
Meet at the far right hand corner of the car park behind the visitor centre.
Parking fees will apply: up to 2hrs - £5.00 (if you stay on to do Parkrun then they will give you a code for free parking).
Please be aware that as we finish Parkrunners may be congregating.
There will be no timing.
Please pick up after your dog - there will be poo-bins on the route.
