📌 What It Is
RYLA stands for Rotary Youth Leadership Awards — it’s Rotary’s flagship leadership development program for young adults.
RYLA is usually a 5–7 day residential seminar that focuses on personal growth, leadership skills, teamwork, and community service. It’s designed to identify, develop, and encourage emerging leaders.

In our districts target ages 18–30
