Community Economic Visioning Workshop for Downtown King

What is the economic role you want downtown King to play in the greater town, county, and regional economy in the next five years? How can King be positioned to strengthen the capacity and successes of the community? What are the tangible projects that the community want and needs and what path can we take to accomplish them? Let's come together as neighbors and friends to welcome the The North Carolina Main Street and Rural Planning Center (MS&RP) of the NC Department of Commerce as they facilitate a proven economic positioning process built on community consensus and civic leadership. The City of King has requested assistance from the MS&RP for a Downtown Economic Development Strategic Plan.
