Dundonald Highland Games 2025

Set in the grounds below Dundonald Castle, the 36th annual Dundonald Highland Games offers a fun afternoon for the whole family!

The day starts with a parade down Main Street to the playing field, including our games chieftain, junior chieftain, queen and attendants. There is highland dancing, solo piping, band competitions and massed pipe bands. We also have traditional games from caber tossing to the hammer throw.

During the day, visitors can enjoy fairground attractions, trade stalls, beer tent and food outlets.

Free to attend and free park and ride available from the Olympic Business Park to the war memorial.
