Back 2 School Vaccines & Vision Screenings

Bell County Public Health and the Killeen Evening Lions Club have partnered with the NAACP's Back to School Rally to provide free vaccines (to those who qualify) for students in grades PreK to 12th and free vision screenings for all ages.

If you are in need of one or both services please ensure you meet the qualifications. We hope to see you there!
