Meditation Time

Meditation Time coming to Kanturk �

This is an initial taster class to see who would be interested in Meditation classes Thursday 5-6pm in @scoilmhuirekanturk PE hall.

These classes are open to adults for €15 and €10 for teenagers.

No previous experience required. If you want some space to be guided to de-stress and relax through breathing techniques and visualisation.

Just bring a mat, pillow, blanket and water to drink.

If you are interested, booking is essential so message me in advance. First class is Thurs 25th Sept 5-6pm.
