Meditation Time

Schedule "me time" each week as part of your self-care routine.

Meditation Classes include breathwork & guided meditation.

No previous experience required just an intensive to give yourself space to be.

morning session 10am to 11.30am
evening session 3pm to 4.30pm
every Friday in Sept upstairs in New Leaf health food shop, Charleville.

€50 for 4 weeks or
€15 pay as you go per class

reiki energy healing treatments also available on these days €80 per session...must be booked in advance.
