Retreat Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because retreats require advance commitments for lodging, facilitators, and materials, the following cancellation policy applies to all retreats unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date will receive a full refund minus a non-refundable $35 processing fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
In the event of severe weather, natural disasters, travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, retreat modifications or cancellations will be determined at the discretion of the event organizer, informed by guidance from local officials and safety authorities.
If a retreat is canceled by the organizer due to such circumstances, participants may receive a credit toward a future retreat or partial refund, depending on non-recoverable expenses already incurred.
