FREE yoga class for International Yoga Day
Come celebrate International Yoga Day with Sandra on 21/06/25 at 10 am🌸

Location: Graiguecullen Park, Carlow Town
(the flat part of the hill opposite the playground)🌿

This is a FREE class to help raise awareness on the great benefits of yoga🌸

Give yourself the permission to take an hour out of your busy week to slow down, move your body gently and rest🩷

Everyone is welcome to join. We will be moving through a gentle yoga sequence guided by breath with a nice rest at the end🌿
