The healing energies of nature are all around us, and we are constantly connecting to them on a far deeper level than we realise. In the presence of trees, our stress levels begin to lower, and with our feet upon the Earth, our body systems begin to regulate and find balance. Our mind and emotions become clearer, the flow of energy within our bodies becomes smoother, and with the internal shifts that begin to take place, the world around us also begins to change in response to our new vibration.
In this workshop, learn through gentle and healing practices, ways to harmoniously and respectfully connect with your own energy systems, and with the abundant well of resources available within nature, for improved health and well-being.
The entirety of the session will take place outdoors as we relax in beautiful meadows, and peaceful woodlands.
We’ll be tapping into the healing properties of the Earth, and the trees and the plants that grow upon her, the effectiveness of the practices we engage in enhanced by being in the natural world.

Outline of the Day
- Connection to the natural world and to the self through breathwork, and mindfulness practices.
- Looking at a brief history of health and healing, and the power of the wisdom of our ancestors.
- Sensory awareness and the benefits of being present in the moment.
- Connection to the ecology of the woods, and the part that we play within this.
- Working with our energy systems through grounding, protecting, and cleansing.
- Understanding the chakras and the power of the major energy centres within our bodies
- How our intentions and energy vibration affects the world around us
- A guided chakra alignment.

Practical Information
Meeting place for the start of the session will be outside the visitor centre which is located on the right hand side as you come down from the car park. Please arrive for 9.50 to start at 10.
There is a café and facilities on site to pick up anything you may need when you arrive.
There will be a short morning break in the morning, and also in the afternoon.
Please bring food and drink for the lunch break which will take place about 12.30.
Any walking within the session will be part of the healing practice, and will be taken at a gentle pace.
Please wear suitable clothing and shoes/boots for the day.
