Join Kamila and Christine in the beautiful surroundings of YoGrá Yoga Studio for an evening of deep relaxation and connection as we blend the transformative and healing practices of a sound bath with instruments and voice. This special event invites you to either join in or simply receive the healing vibrations—it's entirely your choice.
A sound bath uses therapeutic instruments like gongs, singing bowls, and chimes to create harmonic vibrations that help to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote mental clarity.
Kirtan is a heart-centered practice of devotional singing or chanting. The repetition of mantras uplifts the spirit, enhances mindfulness, and fosters a sense of community.
Whether you actively participate or relax and absorb the sounds, this experience will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply nourished.
