Join us for an immersive Sound Journey in Laugharne. Experience the transformative power of sound in the serene ambiance of Stone Range Cafe, a beautifully converted 500-year-old Welsh barn nestled along the Carmarthenshire coastline.
I am an accredited trauma informed sound healing practitioner with over 16 years experience working with trauma and vulnerable groups. I am passionate about how sound can support healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. Specializing in creating safe and supportive spaces, I combine a variety of therapeutic soundscapes to guide individuals on journeys of relaxation, emotional release, and personal transformation. This work is particularly beneficial for those seeking to process trauma, reduce stress, and reconnect with their inner peace.
