Each month, our Women’s Circle is guided by a different figure from Welsh mythology, history, or folklore—women who embody archetypes of transformation, sovereignty, rebellion, and deep feminine wisdom. These stories are more than myth—they are mirrors for our own lives, challenges, and growth.
Together, we will explore:

Each gathering includes storytelling, reflection, ritual, journaling, meditation, and sisterhood. These circles are safe, welcoming, and open to all women and femme-identifying people ready to remember and reclaim their power.

The Empowered Women’s Circle is a monthly(ish) gathering for women who feel called to connect with other women. Here, you are invited to feel seen, heard, and supported among other women.
✨ In each session, we’ll offer:
Tea (always!)
Grounding meditation
A sharing circle
A journey with a Welsh Goddess
Voicework and/or bodywork
Closing meditation
Whether you're seeking to connect with like-minded women, strengthen your boundaries, access your voice, or simply be in a space where your full self is welcome, this circle is for you.
Come and join this growing community of women. Your voice, your story, and your presence are very much welcome.
Please bring with you:
Something comfy to sit on e.g. a blanket, cushion, yoga mat
A journal and pen
A drum/rattle/other instrument that you feel called to bring (completely optional)
Your whole self just as you are: all of you is welcome here!
