Pru and Jaine invite you to join them on this transformative course taking participants through a deep Chakra journey by weaving together specially crafted guided meditations, Australian Bush flower essences, Aromatherapy and Sound healing combining the collective wisdom and experience of Pru and Jaine to support a deepening and connecting of these energy centers in a unique and holistic way.
Each week includes -
-Chakra Education.
-A guided meditation for each energy center.
-Australian Bush Flower Essences and Aromatherapy (with a
weekly take home pack) to support each Chakra.
-A beautiful Soulnar sound session.
-Also incorporating supportive reflective tools,
encouraging affirmation practices and embodiment
tips.
Each session will be followed up with prompts and links to support self-empowerment and deepening into each energy center.
This will be a 7-week program running over 9 weeks beginning on Fri 30th May and ending on Fri 25th July.
There will be 2 weeks off on Fri 20th June and Fri 11th July for integration and reflection.
The introductory offer for this unique offering is $199 for the whole course including all materials oils and bush flower essences etc. Booking is essential through connecting with Jaine or Pru.
The course is open to those wanting to delve into Chakras with little experience or deepen existing knowledge and understanding, all levels are welcome.
