Guided Meditation & Sound Healing
Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different healing vibrations to improve emotional, psychological and physical well-being (soul, body and mind connection). The gong’s vibrations create a strong response in our bodies as our cells align with the frequency of the gong. The results counter many symptoms caused by stress and “over thinking” (anxiety, problems sleeping, over-worrying, etc.) and range from deep relaxation, a feeling of rejuvenation and inner peace, to feelings of harmony and happiness.
About Your Instructor
After 25 years in the corporate world, living in multiple countries and working at some of the world’s finest resorts, Georg Garnitschnig discovered his true calling following a transformative meditation experience. He quickly traded in his career in hospitality for serving others through meditation and sound healing. He has since become an avid meditator, maintaining a consistent daily practice for more than a decade, and a certified sound healer in the U.S. and Europe. He offers private one-one-one sessions, guided group workshops and retreats.
