Bring a yoga mat and water. Wear comfortable workout clothes. You’re welcome to wear a Polynesian skirt over your fit!🌺
💰This last class for this season will be donation based so RSVP is required. If you RSVP but cannot make it please let me know 🙏
We’ve gone over the basic hula moves for this choreography so we’re diving right into the choreography. We’ll also discuss dates, times, and locations for fall/winter workshop series.
