Breathe in, stretch out, and root yourself in nature at our Beach Yoga class! Hosted by Mujeres en Movimiento, this free event is all about moving your body, calming your mind, and connecting with an amazing community of mujeres and allies.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, all levels are welcome. Classes are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and empowering for everyBODY. 💛

💼 What to Bring:

• A towel or yoga mat
• Water bottle to stay hydrated
• Comfortable clothing for movement
• A friend (or come solo and meet new ones!)
• An open heart, good vibes, and snacks to share!

🌞 How to Prepare:

• Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in
• Sunscreen & a hat are recommended for sunny days
• Eat a light snack beforehand if needed
• Don’t worry if you’ve never done yoga before—this is a safe and welcoming space to begin!
