Yoga in the Park Social Evening

This is for all current Gravity Yoga Students and there is no cost.

Bring your mat a drink and maybe a snack ( cake is good 🤣) and I will take you through a 60 minute class then we can chill out on our mats for a while.

Practising Yoga Outside really takes your practice to another level and makes you feel really relaxed and energised.
Kettering Grounds Park on the corner of Northampton Road and Lake Avenue, just before the bridge.

If it rains then we will be inside at Bath Road instead.
