Walk with Us

This is a lovely opportunity to meet other expectant parents and new parents in the local area.

There will be staff from Supportive Steps who will be able to offer you some support.

Come along and join us for a lovely slow walk in nature and speak to our staff and other parents about your parenting journey, the joys and struggles and get some advice.

Going for walks has numerous benefits on your physical and mental wellbeing. These include improved cardiovascular health, stress reduction, increased energy and improved sleep, making it a simple yet effective way to improve overall well-being. It is also a great opportunity to socialise with other expectant parents and families in your local area.

We will meet by The Garden Cafe for anyone who wants to get a drink to walk round with then we can head down to do the lake walk.

This is for all expecting parents and families with children until their 2nd birthday, no need to book, just come along. Past, present and new families welcome! We look forward to seeing you there.
