Calling all theater educators from the state of Maryland to join the Maryland Theatre Education Association as we reflect on our strategic plan from 2020 to 2025 and ask you for your ideas, dreams and goals for the next one. we want to share with you who we are, why we exist, what we’ve done, and how we Connect, Support and Empower our field in our state AND how you can join the fun and make meaningful contributions as a connecting member, as a supporting project volunteer, or as an empowering officer on the Board of Directors. Whether you are a K12 teacher, a college professor, an independant teaching artist, an education director or instructor with a Professional Theatre, a trainer with a theatrical supply company, or a community/recreational theatre camp director, we are your organization.

So join us in this campfire discussion as we wish, dream, plan, and take action to unite theatre education from the Western Mountains to the Eastern Shore, from Southern Maryland to Baltimore…and beyond.
