Soundbathing Experience with Equanimity Yoga

Join Vicky from Equanimity Yoga for an evening of meditative calm and tranquillity in this unique outdoor soundbathing experience. You will be led through a series of different vibrations using various instruments, which are shown to have calming effects on the body and mind.

This event will take place outdoors, but may be held indoor subject to weather conditions. Please bring something to lie on and something to keep you warm. You may also wish to bring something to rest your head on.

Guidance: These sessions are not suitable for those in their first 12 weeks of pregnancy, those with sound induced epilepsy, have a pacemaker fitted, or a severe heart condition. If you are unsure whether this session is suitable for you, please consult your GP for advice before booking.

Tickets are £25. Booking essential.
