Gentle Strength Circuit

A circuit-style training program designed for aging adults
to improve overall fitness. This class incorporates a variety
of exercises to enhance mobility and endurance. Wear
comfortable clothing and shoes, and don’t forget your water
bottle. Classes are brought to you at no cost by RetireMed,
our local partner in Medicare.
