In this monthly dinner series, one of our esteemed Chefs walks you through a prix fixe menu exploring a specific region, ethnic cuisine, or ingredient that inspired them to step into the kitchen. This month focuses on another of Chef Margot’s many travels that influence our menu and experience daily!

Chef Talks Champagne-Ardenne Menu:

🍽️ Potée Champenoise, a traditional main dish from the Champagne-Ardenne region of France of smoked Ardenne ham, cabbage and sausage.
