▪️DISCLAIMER - The Drum + Gong will be played closer and louder than in my usual Sound Baths for full body intense immersion ▪️
Both these instruments are designed to release any physical tension, unblock any stagnant energy, release what no longer serves you and be felt deep within the body.
For those who deeply connect with the drum + gong and want to experience a session devoted to these instruments.
All my Sound Bath sessions are SCIENCE- BASED to make them accessible for all.
No need to bring a yoga mat - I provide chunky floor mattresses for a more comfortable experience.
With only a maximum group of 12, this enables me to create a personal experience. Not only do i play to the room as a whole, i walk around each attendee & bathe them up close in the frequencies & vibrations during the Sound Bath.

*** Contraindications***
Sound baths may not be suitable for people with certain health conditions such as epilepsy, tinnitus, first trimester of pregnancy, synthetic medical implants (pacemakers), hip/knee replacements and severe mental health conditions.
It is recommended that you contact your medical professional before booking a session if you have any concerns.
If you wear hearing aids of any kind, please remove them prior to the session.
