All my Sound Bath sessions are SCIENCE- BASED to make them accessible for all.
No need to bring a yoga mat - i provide chunky floor mattresses for a more comfortable experience.
Set in the stunning location of Mill Farm, Kettering.

With only a maximum group of 12, this enables me to create a personal experience. Not only do i play to the room as a whole, i walk around each attendee individually & bathe them up close in the frequencies & vibrations.
Sound Bath's are for everyone. You don't have to be spiritual to feel the benefits of this amazing ancient practice.
It is truly an end of the week treat for the mind & body!

Sound baths may not be suitable for people with certain health conditions such as epilepsy, tinnitus, first trimester of pregnancy, synthetic medical implants (pacemakers), hip/knee replacements and severe mental health conditions.
It is recommended that you contact your medical professional before booking a session if you have any concerns.
If you wear hearing aids of any kind, please remove them prior to the session.
