What is the refund policy if Covid-19 restrictions prevent this event from being held?
If Covid-19 Restrictions causes this event to be cancelled, full refunds will be issued approximately 5 days after scheduled event date. However, if this event is postponed or rescheduled, there will be no refunds or ticket transfers if you are not able to attend.
Can my tickets be transferred if I am not able to attend?
Unfortunately, there is no refund or ticket transfers available if you are not able to attend for personal reasons other than the event being cancelled.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
1)No for the cookout. For the cookout we ask for every 3 minors we require one adult 18 or over for supervision.
2) Yes 18 and over for events with cash bar (*Nightly Parties)
