Meetup: Outdoor Pilates HIIT with VSJ Fitness at Gazelle Sports

Meetup Pilates HIIT—join us for a FREE outdoor class with VSJ Fitness at Gazelle Sports 28th St. This energizing class combines core-focused Pilates with high-intensity intervals for strength, cardio, and full-body toning. Low-impact, high-reward, and all equipment is provided. All levels welcome - just show up and move!

Arrive early and take advantage of Injury Wise at Gazelle Sports. This free clinic lets you talk one on one with a physical therapist to discuss any injury concerns. First come first served. Pilates and injury-wise combined are a great combo to help address and prevent injury!
