Join South Sound Pinball at Richie Terry's house on Saturday May 31st for a day of matchplay pinball! We will be doing a timed matchplay qualifier with tiered Swiss pairing from 11am to 5 pm. We will have a small break in the middle of qualifying to have some snacks and play our side tourney - as of now we are planning on Bad Cats with baby flippers!
Buy-in for this tournament will be $30 CASH ONLY - due on day of event.
Your buy-in will be spent like this:
- $3 for

- $5 for meal
- $1 for IFPA fee
- $1-2 for trophy
- remaining $16-17 will go into the pot for the event.

Pre-registration is not required, but those who are pre-registered will have preference over players who are not if we do end up needing a wait list. Money will be due at the time of the event, so be sure to remove your name from the event page if you decide you can't join us.
No new rounds will be drawn after 5pm - we will have a meal break before Finals, which will start approximately 30 minutes after the last game of qualifying is over.
Finals will be a PAPA style matchplay elimination for up to the top 24 players from qualifying. We will be taking the next 4 eligible players for a B-division final as well. Number of games per round in final depends on number of players in final.
Estimated TGP: if we complete 10 rounds during qualifying (we're optimistic for more), and we have 24 participants in the finals, we will get 164%. Last year we completed 12 rounds of qualifying! We are hoping for closer to 200%TGP.
This tournament will hopefully be streamed. We will do what we can to accommodate those players who would prefer to not be filmed, but we reserve the right to stream any match that is a part of the competition.
