This class is for you if you desire a rest, an opportunity to practice and tune in to deep relaxation.

Through our practice we connect with FIRE element and listen, observe the power of transformation.

We will have a 45 min or so gently stretch, followed by the practice of non sleep deep relaxation- Yoga Nidra. I'll bring the tea for after our practice.

Please bring everything to be comfortable for Yoga Nidra:
- dress in comfortable layers
- yoga mat
- blanket(s)
- blocks (if you have)
- bolster (if you have)
- pillows
- eye pillow
- water bottle

There will be some extra mats, blocks and bolsters to borrow.
