Sunrise Pilates @ Kemper

This summer, Join Angie for an all-level mat Pilates class on the shores of Lake Michigan at the Kemper Center. Class will be held on the lawn on the north side of the grounds of Kemper. Bring a mat, a towel & some water. Class is $10. In the event of bad weather, we will hold class in the Kemper Center gym (on the south side of the grounds)….watch this event or text angie if you are unsure about the weather and where we will have class.

Pilates is a core focused method of exercise that can be modified and is great for all levels & ages.
