Memorial Day Program

Join us as we host Memorial Day programming to honor our courageous fallen service members. This special, engaging day starting at 12:00 PM will take place at the Pritzker Military Museum & Library, an award-winning architectural gem located in the heart of America.

• There is no cost to attend.
• Date: May 24th
• Time: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Below is just a sample of the programming that will be offered from 12:00 PM through 4:00 PM:

• Wreath-Laying Ceremony
• Gold Star Memorial Monument
• Special remarks honoring our service members
• Memorial Day/service-inspired tour of the current exhibits and adult programming
• Veteran-specific programming, including a virtual talk by Rich Sherman, author of Never Home: Remembering the Military Heroes Who Never Returned
• Children’s crafts
• Food truck (can be purchased snacks/meals)
