This exclusive 4-hour track session is designed to help you learn and grow—not just as athletes, but as competitors and leaders. You’ll learn from one of the best to ever do it, and grow alongside other athletes who are serious about their craft. We’re breaking down the 400m from start to finish—sprint mechanics, race strategy, execution, and mindset.
