Lifted’s Paint Night

Join us in celebrating Lifted Lotus Yoga turning 7 with a fun community Paint night!!

Come create a 12x12 acrylic painting with us. All supplies and instructions provided.

What to expect:
Starting with some light breathwork, you will be guided to arrive in the present moment. Free from distraction or day to day life. Next, we will transition into creating this beautiful painting. No experience is required. You will be guided step by step with room to create freely if you desire.

This will be a 2hr event with light refreshments.

Dress comfortable

No yoga mat required
