Aries Full Moon Gathering - Lunar Fire Council

For October's Full Moon we're using the fiery energy of Aries to step into our courage and allow ourselves to be witnessed as we burn away our fears. At this Lunar Fire council, you'll be asked to step up, call out your fears to be released, drop it in the flames and proclaim your freedom as you blaze a new path for yourself, a path free from the fears that once held you back. Be ready to be seen, held and supported by your fellow Lunar council members. ~

Come gather on the Full moon and allow yourself to soak up the healing light this Moon has to offer! You’ll be guided through Chandra Namaskar or Moon Salutations, a sequence of asanas or postures that cool you down and open you up to the Moon's magic plus other enchanting Moon practices. With the light of the Full Moon high above us we can use its energies to release all that no longer serves us so we can create space for the things that do!

5000-year-old Tantric yoga text regarded the Moon as the source of immortality, a giver of vital energy and by using this sequence under the Full Moon you can help replenish your energies and understand yourself in new ways.

There will be a releasing ceremony where we will be invited to write down what we no longer want in our lives and use the cleansing power of fire and sage to release it into the universe.
