Lifted's Yogi Dance Party with Jenn

This month we're getting into the spooky vibes with a Halloween themed playlist!! Wear a custom and get down with the gals and ghouls!

Yogi Dance Party is a form of meditation fun involving music and free movement, where yogis abandon judgement and express themselves through embodied dance. The playlist is curated to create a euphoric experience leaving the yogi feeling light and liberated. All yogis are welcome! All ages are welcome! This is a safe space for anyone needing to move their body to fun beats! Expect fun lights and dance accessories!

To make sure it's fun, safe and accessible we suggest these guidelines...

1.) No judgements
2.) No expectations
3.) Respect everyone's space
4.) Release insecurities
5.) Go with the flow

Donation Based event ~ Suggested Donation $5 or give what you can, if you can. No one is turned away due to lack of payment. Your donation goes to supporting the teachers and studio so that we may continue to give yoga as freely as possible.
