What to wear: comfortable warm clothing, walking boots/shoes
What to bring: Yoga Mat, Blanket, Extra Layer. Water & Snack. Swimwear if having a cold water dip
This is not a guided or instructor led walk. We will walk as a group and support one another. Everyone is responsible for themselves and their own health and safety. I am qualified in reiki and sound, I am NOT a qualified walk leader. That being said I have walked this route many times and am familiar with this walk.
I invite you to join me on a Hill Walk up Dumyat. with reiki and drum healing at the summit. The walk up Dumyat is around 3 miles its a straightforward walk but requires a good level of fitness. After the walk there is an option to have a dip/swim at Cocksburn
Immerse yourself mindfully in the beauty of nature. Enjoy the peace of nature while you unwind, re-establish your breathing, and take in the healing energy all around you. Allow your body and mind to relax and your inner calm be restored.
