Come join us at Lakeview Yoga and Wellness Center for a special Hot Yoga Posture Workshop! Learn about the 26 postures that emphasize balance, flexibility, and strength in the Hot/Hatha/Bikram yoga practice.
In Part 1, we will break down each of the standing poses with the purpose and benefits, proper alignment and form, as well as ways to use blocks and straps. In Part 2, we will break down each of the floor poses.
