The Inner Tree : Expressive Yoga and Art Therapy

Join us to experience a unique expressive combination of yoga and art therapy guided by OmShanti and Patricia Cameron.

You will be invited into a series of short yoga practices each followed by guided therapeutic art creation sessions to help build your inner tree from grounded roots to branches and foliage reaching up toward the sky.

Canvas and art supplies provided. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

No yoga or art experience needed!

You will leave with a beautiful piece of art to remind you of your inner strength and vitality, both rooted and reaching forward.
