Journey Into Birth with Alli Shafer

Wherever you are in y our pregnancy, yoga during the prenatal time supports your emotional well-being, your blooming body and your growing baby. This prenatal series welcomes mothers to connect in community and mother culture. It is a safe space where we can support each other.

Throughout the series classes will offer:

Practical wisdom for an empowered birth as you enter into motherhood.

Mindful and nourishing movements practices, with consideration for all 3 trimesters.

Embodiment practices to ground you into your body and connect with your baby.

Informed education for your pregnancy, your postpartum period and your lifelong vitality.

Guest speakers from the community who serve in the birth space and support women's health.
