This dynamic and grounding Maya Yoga class blends the fluid breath centered movements of Ashtanga vinyasa with the precision and support of Iyengar alignment principles.

As we move through intelligently crafted sun salutations, standing poses, hip openers and backbends, we’ll stoke the internal fire, cultivating both strength and receptivity. Expect thoughtful use of props, breath awareness, and moments of reflection to deepen your connection to the light within and around you.
