Autumn Rhythm Reset – Community Drumming event

𝙅𝙤𝙞𝙣 𝙅𝙪𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣 𝙇𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙘𝙤-𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙢𝙣 𝙍𝙝𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙢 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙩, 𝙖 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 2-𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙥 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙧𝙝𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙙𝙧𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜.

This immersive experience blends facilitated drum circles, mindful movement, and guided meditation to foster connection, release stress, and awaken creativity. No musical experience is needed—just an open heart and a desire to find your groove! All drums and percussion instruments are provided, and participants will leave feeling energized, grounded, and inspired. Perfect for the fall season, this workshop is a chance to reset and harmonize body, mind, and spirit.
