𝑱𝒐𝒊𝒏 𝑺𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒉𝒂 𝒂𝒔 𝒔𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒖𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒔 𝒖𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝒂 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅-𝒃𝒐𝒅𝒚 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒓𝒈𝒚 𝒎𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒚𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒚 𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒘𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒄𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈.

The first half will be active and get the heart rate up and make us feel and build our muscles. The second half will be all about the chill to nurture and regulate our nervous systems.

We will leave the space feeling embodied, present, and with a heightened sense of awareness and gratitude for our precious lives.

𝘖𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘺𝘰𝘨𝘢 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘧𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘺. 𝘐𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘴 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦, 𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘭 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘰 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘥.
