Yoga at the Vineyard (level 1 & 2)

This vino & vinyasa class offers a slow flow gentle yoga practice, breath practices, and deep relaxation. Participant must be able to get up and down from the floor level. This class is weather dependent and is held outdoors so please be sure to bring water, a towel, yoga mat, bug spray, and sunscreen. There will be a limited number of yoga mats if you do not have one. The class will conclude with a complimentary glass of wine of your choosing.
