About the event

Sit, Stretch and Medidate

This class is designed for those individuals who are interested in learning gentle body stretches from a standing and sitting position. We will not be on the ground for this class. In addition, we will learn basic breathing and meditation techniques to enhance whole body wellness and relaxation. This class is held outdoors under the pavilion and is weather dependent. Please be sure to bring water, bug spray, and sunscreen.
