Transformative Breathwork And Herbal Tea-Sacral Chakra

Transformative Breathwork is a healing and empowering experience. It is a meditative journey and a powerful somatic process often leading to a feeling of greater connection with inner knowing, a feeling of calm and peace, emotional catharsis, visionary states, the uncovering of energies surrounding past trauma, the experience of connecting with spiritual guides, awareness of shadow issues, and increased clarity.

In Transformative Breathwork we use the breath, chakra-attuned music, art, processing, and a safe space to access your innate soul-level wisdom. Each person’s journey is a highly individualized process, and no two are ever the same, even for those who return to breathwork again and again.

In this class we will be focusing on the Sacral chakra with an herbal tea designed for the sacral chakra by our herbalist to open an release this energy Centre.
