Sunday Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply nourishing evening of gentle movement and sound healing. We’ll begin with a 30-minute Gentle Hatha Yoga practice to unwind tension, open the body, and prepare for stillness.

Afterward, settle in for a blissful guided relaxation followed by a Sound Bath featuring Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, and a Wave Drum - all designed to lull your nervous system into a state of deep rest and renewal.

Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional balance, or simply a peaceful way to close your weekend, this offering is open to all levels and experiences.
